Starhotels Metropole - Rome

Family room were 2 separate rooms separated by hallway which could be closed. Proximity of the metro and the station. Bicycle rental just around the corner.

WIFI is free but limited in speed. Good enough for surfing and mailing.

The restaurant was reasonably priced for a handy dinner and with a family atmosphere.

Great hotel and room. With free upgrade! Good breakfast.

It was impossible to keep the rest of the bathroom dry when showering. Drinks etc.very expensive.

Hotel very nice and like a luxury hotel in the US. In a nice area with lots of restaurants. The Termini Metro very close. The best employee was the Bellman Domenico C. He was very kind and helpful. The maid service was excellent. Gorgeous rooms!

The refrigerator did not work, was a room temperature mini bar- so worthless and they would not fix it.This was a nice hotel, but if I go back, I’d stay closer to the Trevi Fountain since we walked every where. Never used Metro, except to Vatican.

extensive breakfast, everything cleanly taken care of... Staff spoke English reasonably well, this is not evident everywhere.

I was able to easily stroll to the beautiful Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, and it was just a short walk to the vibrant atmosphere at Piazza Navona, making my weekend good as I explored the city's rich history and charm.

Breakfast delicious and extensive. spacious rooms, good bathroom, good bed.friendly and helpdul staff.

A minus point, the coffee with the otherwise delicious breakfast was ditch water. Always a pity that air conditioning can not be regulated per room, I found it much too hot to sleep and with the open window there was too much noise.

Central location close to the Termini station, quiet room at the back, some noise from the corridor.

We had a wheelchair room, without this being told to us: consequence was a very low sink and little space to put the stuff down; price was very high.Continental breakfast was not very good.

Always a good choice to choose this hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Near Central Station (Termini) as the starting point for the metro (with 72 hour ticket). Sufficient dining options in the area. Rooms neat and spacious. Breakfast is more than sufficient.

This hotel is definitely in order and has everything you need! The location was for us a bit dissapointing but certainly no reason not to go there again!

I enjoyed the friendly service from the staff. Although the breakfast options could be more diverse, the overall ambiance was nice. I look forward to returning soon!
